How to Order: 1. Register on the webshop (this is not required, but registered users are automatically connected to the storage system of discounts and get access to check the order status) by filling the form with necessary contact details. In Your profile indicate real personal information. If you did not enter billing and shipping information, so it must be specified while ordering. Shipping information needed to send you your order. Billing information - for identify the payment. Registration is carried out only once. Metal Sсrap Shop does not share its customer's personal information with anyone. All information shared with Metal Sсrap Shop will never be made available to any persons public or private.
2. Select the currency (located above the "Shopping cart"). 3. Choose your product, its quantity and click on the "Buy" button. This product, its cost and the amount will appear in your "Shopping cart". Here you can edit your order.
4. When all interested products added to cart click on the "Checkout" button. 5. Select "Payment Method" and "Delivery Method" of your order. 6. Check out all the details and if everything is correct, click "Confirm Order" button.
7. After online ordering, you’ll get automatic email with your order number and order details. Attention! If you make an order in our shop for the first time the automatic email can get into the spam. So please do not forget to check spam for the presence of this email and MAKE SURE to mark it as NOT SMAP, so in the future you’ll be able to receive all messages from our store. You do not need reply to this email.
8. As soon as the order will be sent for processing, the store manager will send you email with order confirmation and the exact amount to be paid, as well as requisites for payment. You will need to check and confirm your order, shipping address, delivery method, payment method and the total cost (including postage) by responding to this email. 9. You can track the order status by checking the Status of order in the Order History menu, which displays all of your orders, including previous (registered customers only). 10. When your order will be shipped, you will receive a message with tracking number. So you will be able to track on-line you order arrival date.
