Acquired products from our shop shall be returned or replaced only in case of factory defects or shipment damages during the way from shop to buyer within one week after delivery. We guarantee a highly efficient product packaging that prevents it from possible mechanical damage during shipment and handling. We always check the goods for defects before placing it at our shop, which is why the presence of the defective goods in our store practically reduced to zero.
Returning/replacing: - You send to us defected (or damaged) item; - We checking available defects (or damages) and return Your money or make a replacement; - returns only the value of goods, shipping expenses shall not be refunded.
Attention! Unpacked goods shipped to the buyer in a hermetically packed form can not be refunded and exchanged.
